Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a female flatmate to use a single room in a well-maintained apartment located right next to Sky Tower, in the city centre.

You’ll have your own bedroom, and share the bathroom and living area with two other people.

Rent: $320 per week (all bills included – electricity, water, and internet)
Basic daily items such as toilet paper, kitchen detergent, tableware, and blankets are provided — you just need to bring yourself!

Move-in date: Anytime from November 9th
Bond: 2 weeks
Notice period: 2 weeks

I’d prefer someone who can stay until the end of the lease (negotiable).
If you plan to stay until the contract ends, we can discuss adjusting the rent.

I’m a full-time worker, so I’m usually out during the day.
But if we’re both home on a day off, maybe we can cook something delicious together! (only if you’d like!)
