The house is a brand-new 4bed/3.5bath townhouse.
There are two rooms available at the moment.

- Master bedroom (fully furnished with private bathroom) on the ground floor
$310 per week (all bills included)

- Single bedroom (fully furnished with shared bathroom) on the second floor
$220 per week (all bills included)
Bathroom shared with one other Korean female flatmate


Only a 1-minute walk to the bus stop (to city, AUT, Takapuna)
7-minute walk to Birkenhead Mall, Asian mart, shops, and cafes — everything nearby
15–20 minutes to the city by bus
Located in a quiet neighborhood
Street parking available
Bedding can be provided if needed

About us!
We’re a couple from South Korea in our early 30s, both working full-time.
We’re easy-going, clean, and mindful, and we value a respectful and relaxed home environment.
This is not a party house — we respect each other’s space and routines.
We mostly keep to ourselves but enjoy the occasional dinner or social catch-up.
We are non-smokers and prefer a smoke-free home.
