Our house is a brand-new townhouse in a quiet and convenient location.

Room details:

Single bedroom (fully furnished, shared bathroom)
$210 per week (all bills included)
Bathroom shared with one other Korean female flatmate
New Bedding can be provided if needed

Location:

1 min walk to bus stop (direct buses to City, AUT, Takapuna)
7 min walk to Birkenhead Mall, Asian mart, cafes, shops, and more
15–20 min bus to the city
Quiet and safe neighbourhood
On-street parking available

About us:

We’re a married-couple from South Korea in our early 30s, both working full-time.
We are easy-going, clean, and respectful, and we value a calm and relaxed home environment.
Our work schedules are quite different, so it feels like living with individual flatmates rather than a couple.
This is not a party house—we respect each other’s space and routines.
We mostly keep to ourselves but enjoy the occasional dinner or social catch-up.
Other flatmates are also Korean:)
