We are looking for a non-smoking flatmate to share our home in Casebrook. The house is clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.



Rent & Expenses:



* $180 per week. Available from 10 November (includes internet and gas).



* Electricity bill shared among flatmates.



Situation:



* The house accommodates five people in total: a Korean couple, 2 flatmates, and you.



* You will share a bathroom with two other person.



* The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, are shared and kept tidy.



* Street parking available.



Room & Furniture:



* The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.



* Please note: The bed shown in the photos will be replaced with a queen-size bed.



Location & Accessibility:



* 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Northlands Mall.



* 15-minute walk to PAK’nSAVE Papanui.



* Less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with routes to the city.



* Convenient access to supermarkets, cafes, and essential amenities.



Additional Details:



* The sunroom is available for drying laundry. A drying rack can be provided if needed.



* We are looking for a considerate and responsible flatmate who respects shared spaces.



* No smoking inside or outside the property.
