Hi there. I would not pay a deposit if i was you. I hear of many people that pay the deposit and then there is no more answer about the purchase. We have had people come to our neighbours house saying that they paid a deposit about a purchase and our neighbour know nothing about it. Be careful, but i would suggest do not pay deposit to someone you do not know.
