-周辺環境: 徒歩5分圏内にスーパー、レストラン、古着屋、バーなど日常生活に必要なお店が揃っており、とても住みやすいです。
-交通: 徒歩3圏内に4路線のバスが通っており、約5分間隔でバスに乗れます。中心地へは約10分。
-入居日: 8/31日以降
-その他: 性別は問いません。経済的に安定し、親切なフラットメイト達との生活を楽しめる方希望。

Hiya, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a heritage building in the heart of Newtown.
-About the flat:
The room is unfurnished. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. It comes with fridge, washing machine, heater and some furniture in the living room. 2 minute walk to the dairies across the road, as well as multiple takeaway places lining the street, with New World being only a 6 minute walk away.
Bus stops are also incredibly close by and it's very easy to get to everywhere from them!
-Rent and expenses: Single Room, $207/week + expenses
-Bond: 805 bond
-Avaliable 31st August
-About Your Future Flatmates:
You'll be living with 3 young professionals, two girls and one guy, they are all around 25, very friendly and super social but are also respectful of others' need for personal space! and don't mind a chat as you cross paths.
