St. Lukes － Westfield ＆ Outer Link バス停から徒歩5分
その他、PB Tech, Warehouse, 図書館なども徒歩5分

部屋：
マスタールーム（ダブルベッド・机・椅子・デスクライト、本棚付き）
※募集している部屋には、独り暮らし用の小さな冷蔵庫と電子レンジが備わっています。

家賃：
1人の場合 - $320 / 週
2人の場合 - $398 / 週
（電気代・インターネット代・水道代込み）

ボンド：
家賃2週間分
破損がなければ、退去時に返却されます。

備考：
ミニマムステイ3か月
