11月下旬頃から2人で一緒に住めるお部屋を探しています！
サーフィンをするため、海まで徒歩や自転車などで行ける距離のお家だと嬉しいです！
シェアハウス・フラット・オウンルームなど、2人で住めるお部屋であれば幅広く探しています◎
【希望条件】
・2人で同じ部屋でOK
・できればバスルーム・トイレは2人専用
・プライベートな空間がしっかりあるお部屋
・清潔感があり、綺麗に保たれているお家
・落ち着いた環境
・公共交通機関での移動がしやすい場所
・非喫煙の環境
2人とも綺麗好きで、共有スペースも綺麗に使うことを心がけています。
お互い仕事があるため、落ち着いた環境で生活したいと考えています☺️
・海沿いでサーフィンが出来る場所であれば場所はあまり問いません。南島も考えていますのでご連絡いただけたら幸いです！
車を持っていないため、公共交通機関での移動がしやすい場所だと嬉しいです。
現在私はAucklandに住んでいるため、Auckland周辺のお部屋でしたら、実際にお会いしてお話したり、内見させていただくことも可能です☺️

We are looking for a place to move into from around late November!
・ Japanese couple (Both 20 years old)
・Late November to late February / early March
・ No car
・Non-smokers
・Looking for a place with good access to the ocean / surf spots
We are looking for a place where we can live together starting from late November!
Since he surfs, we would love a place within walking or cycling distance to the beach.
We are open to various housing options as long as we can live together as a couple, such as share houses, flats, or own rooms.
【Preferences】
Couples are welcome in the room
Own bathroom/toilet preferred (if possible)
A private and secure space
Clean and well-maintained house
Quiet environment
Easy access to public transport
Non-smoking environment
We are both tidy, clean, and mindful of keeping shared spaces clean.
We both work, so we are looking for a quiet and peaceful living environment ☺️
・We are open to any location as long as it's by the sea and good for surfing. We are also considering the South Island, so we would love to hear from you if you have anything available down there!
Since we don't have a car, a location with convenient public transport would be wonderful.
Since I am currently living in Auckland, if the place is around Auckland, I can meet up in person and inspect the room ☺️
