Kia Ora everyone! We’re looking for one flatmate (ideally a student or a working professional) to join our home in Prestons Park, Marshland. The house is modern, warm, and peaceful.

We’re just a 10-minute walk from the local cafe and restaurants; 15-minute walking distance to Burwood Hospital, a 10-minute drive to the Palms and a 6-minute drive to New World Prestons. Plenty of walking tracks around the neighbourhood. very safe and friendly!

Price: $180 per week for one person (Internet included, fibre broadband)
2-week bond plus 1-week rent for a start. Airport pick up included.
+ electricity (Split between 4)
Available from early March 26 (short-term OR long-term applicants welcome)

We’re a couple in our early thirties and both working full-time. We also have a cute cat who is very playful, chill and social. We love walking, board games, hiking and movie nights.
