We’re looking for a flatmate in Schnapper Rock, North Shore.

Double bedroom
The room is warm and cosy, with a window providing plenty of natural light. A bed and bedside table are provided, and a desk can also be added if needed.

$220 per week
Utilities included.
Bond: 3 weeks’ rent.

Great location
The house is located in a safe, quiet and well-lit neighbourhood. It’s approximately a 10-minute drive to Albany Westfield, Wang Mart, Constellation Station and Massey University.

Parking
If you have a car, there is parking available right in front of the house, as well as plenty of street parking nearby.
