The available bedroom is spacious and includes:
•      Queen size bed or King single bed
•      Desk and Chair
•      Generous storage space (drawer dresser)
•      Full-length mirror

Enjoy fantastic views of the bridge and water in a peaceful and quiet environment.
There are walking trails nearby, leading to the beach and Chelsea Sugar Factory.

Rental fee: $240 (Room1) $250(Room 2) per week (includes electricity, internet, and water)
Initial Payment at Move-in: 2 weeks rental fee + bond (2 weeks' rental fee - Refundable at the end of the tenancy)

(Move-out notice: 3 weeks required)
