Korean and Japanese people are living together.

In the kitchen you can share
small home appliances (rice cooker, microwave ,water purifier toaster, etc.) and tableware.

We provide both toilet paper and kitchen detergent.

When you moving in
We provide washed beddings (blankets, pillows, and Mattress covers)

We have 3 months minimum stay and 2 weeks notice when you moving out.

It is a two-minute walk from the city center and is located right in front of AUT.
