This is a shared house currently occupied by Korean and Japanese students and working holiday travellers

It is conveniently located near the University of Auckland, Auckland Hospital, Newmarket, and Mount Eden; grocery stores and a Korean supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

Basic furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.) and kitchenware are provided, and all utilities are included in the rent.

(Please note: Bedding such as duvets and pillows is not included.)

Rent is $170 per week, covering all utilities including Wi-Fi, electricity, and water.

Terms: 3 weeks' bond and 3 weeks' notice required.
