I’m a Japanese woman in my 20s and will be staying in Christchurch for 1 year on a Working Holiday from March 23.
I’m hoping to find a safe and comfortable long-term flat.

Room I’m looking for:
・Move-in: ideally March 25–31, flexible if needed
・Rent: NZ$180–210/week (including utilities & Wi-Fi)
・Furnished (bed, desk, chair, closet)
・Within 10 min walk to a bus stop
・Preferably near the CBD or with good access to it
・I’d love to have access to the kitchen to prepare simple meals
・Heater in the room would be appreciated for winter

About me:
・20s female / Non-smoker / don’t drink alcohol
・Tidy, calm, and respectful, but also enjoy socializing
・Comfortable with pets or children
・I love dogs & cats (I have two toy poodles at home)
・I follow a morning-oriented lifestyle to enjoy New Zealand’s nature and usually don’t stay up late
・No car, will mainly use public transport or walk
・Planning to work during my Working Holiday
