- Just off Bealey Avenue, 20mins walk distance to the Turanga, city library.
-Newly built townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
- Safe and quiet neighbourhood
- All-female household
- Share a bathroom with only ONE other female
- Quiet, clean and relaxed atmosphere

2. About the Room,
- Small, cosy middle bedroom
- Two skylights with button controls
- Built-in ventilation system
- Single bed/desk/chair/cloth hanger/drawer. No built-in wardrobe
- Best suited for someone with minimal belongings
-Extra storage may be arranged if needed

3. About Us,
We’re two Korean working professionals in our late 20s to 30s.
We’re friendly and easygoing, but also enjoy our own space and privacy.

This is NOT a party house. We prefer a peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable and respects each other.

4. Who We're Looking For,
- Female flatmate (to keep our all-female household)
- Full-time worker or full-time student
- Clean, tidy and mature
- Respectful of shared spaces and privacy
- Pays rent on time
- Enjoys a quiet lifestyle

Strictly NO smoking, vaping or pets.
