We have an unfurnished room available now in our newly built, modern home in Avondale. The house backs onto a peaceful, green reserve and is kept tidy and warm year-round. On-street parking is available.

Rent and Expenses
* $280 per week
* $30 per week for utilities (electricity, water, high-speed internet, shared cleaning products)
* Bond: 4 weeks rent ($1,120)

You’ll be living with a couple (early 30s) and one guy (20s). We’re all working professionals who are easygoing and friendly. We like to keep the house a clean and tidy sanctuary, so we're looking for someone who fits that same relaxed but tidy vibe.
