It's a newly built 3-bed, 2.5-bath town house located in safe and quiet area. You'll share the bathroom with just one other female flatmate, No hassle.

And you’ll be sharing the house with all female flatmate and we’d like to keep the same vibe.

The room comes with two skylights operated by buttons on the ceiling and ventilation are installed. It's a small middle room without a built-in wardrobe, suitable for those with minimal belongings and female due to bed size. We can sort extra storage space out if needed.

Briefly introduce ourselves, 2 Koreans in late 20's-early 30's, working professional, 24/7 shift based work, into gymming and running.

We seek a TIDY, MATURE, FULL-TIME WORKING or FULL-TIME STUDENT flatmate who PAYS ON TIME.

STRICTLY No smoking, vaping, or pets.

This isn't a party house as we’re usually busy doing our own thing, so we are looking for someone similar.

There is no fixed term contract as I hunt for just flatmate, not tenant. But still need a reference to enrol property system*
