The house is in a very convenient location in Mt Wellington:

5 minutes drive to the motorway

Around 15 minutes to CBD

Only 2 bus stops to Sylvia Park & IKEA

Rent: $190 per week (including all the bill)
Room: Double bedroom

We are a friendly Korean family and have previously lived with lovely Japanese flatmates. We would be happy to welcome another Japanese flatmate ????
