家から海が見えるとても景色の良い場所にあります。
また、アルパカ、牛、犬、鶏を飼っていてとても自然豊かでゆっくりと過ごせます。
シティまでも車で10分ちょっと、バスもしっかり通ってます。
今まで学生のホームステイを受け入れてたオーナー夫婦でとても面倒見がよく、安心して過ごせます。

We are looking for a flatmate to live with us in our home St Clair, Dunedin.

The room comes with separate shower and toilet, and is $180 per week, inclusive of electricity, gas and internet. There is also a heater in the room, so you’ll be warm and cosy even during the cold winter months.

The house enjoys beautiful views of the sea and is situated in a small lifestyle farm block with chickens, alpacas, cows and dogs, so it’s a very natural setting where you can relax and unwind.

It’s just over a 10-minute drive to the city centre, and there are regular bus services.
The owners have previously hosted students on homestays and are very caring, so you can feel at ease here.

We are also looking for someone to work at the café run by the owners, so please get in touch if you’re interested.
