【応募条件】

マッサージまたは美容業界での実務経験3～5年以上

トレーニングやスタッフ教育の経験がある方歓迎

様々な施術技術に精通し、フェイシャルの実務経験をお持ちの方

高い顧客サービス意識と優れたコミュニケーション能力

チームの指導やリーダーシップを担える責任感のある方

長期的に一緒に成長していける方

【言語スキル】

日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルで流暢な方（必須）

日常業務やスタッフ指導、接客などにおいて両言語での対応が求められます

【ビザ要件】

長期かつ有効なニュージーランドの就労ビザをお持ちの方（永住権、長期就労ビザなど）

【勤務時間・給与】

トレーニング業務は随時発生するため、勤務日数・時間は柔軟に相談可能

通常のセラピスト業務と兼務も可能

給与は経験・スキル・業務内容に応じて面談の上決定

Seeking a reliable, long-term professional to join our team

*About Us

Ikoi Spa is a well-established and highly regarded Japanese-style wellness spa located in New Zealand.
We are proud to serve not only local clients but also international visitors seeking high-quality treatments and hospitality.
To continue raising the bar in our service and staff skills, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Trainer to oversee staff training, skill development, and treatment quality.

*Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the massage and/or beauty industry

Experience in staff training, mentoring, or team leadership is highly preferred

Strong hands-on skills in various massage techniques and facial treatments

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service

Ability to lead, train, and support a team with professionalism and responsibility

Willing to work with us on a long-term and stable basis

*Language Requirements

Fluent in both Japanese and English (Required)

Daily communication with both clients and team members will require proficiency in both languages

*Visa Requirements

Must hold a long-term valid New Zealand visa (e.g., residency, long-term work visa)

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must already have legal working rights in New Zealand

*Working Hours & Salary

Training tasks occur periodically, so working hours are flexible and negotiable

Can be combined with regular therapist duties if applicable

Salary to be discussed based on experience, skill level, and working arrangement

Commission system and weekend allowances available (to be discussed in detail during interview)
