We are located in Newmarket in a bright office, with free parking nearby.
About the role
You will be required to provide the trust and business accounts management and transactions, to prepare reconciliation, invoice and statement and to process other accounts transactions.
You will also have general office duties to ensure the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office, and to keep the team organised.
We need you to be a team player who are positive and have a helpful manner, the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.
This is a part time role of up to 25 hours a week, which can be from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
About You

• Have a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail
• Are positive and have a helpful manner with ability to work in a team
• Can multi-task and prioritise
• Have excellent communication and people skills
• Are willing to learn and take on more responsibilities
• Have advanced computer skills
• Have outstanding organisational skills
• Have an experience within a legal practice would be advantageous
