We are a friendly family of four (dad, mom, and two daughters aged 11 and 15) looking for a female flatmate to join our home.

???? Location: Browns Bay — only 10–15 minutes’ walk to the town centre and the beach.
???? Transport: Bus stop is right in front of the house.

???? About the flat:
• Internet is free of charge.
• Utilities are included, but if water or heating bills are unusually high in winter, a small extra ($20+) may be shared.
• No dedicated parking, but street parking is available.
• Friends may visit briefly, but no overnight or long-term guests please.
• Non-smoker, no pets, and no heavy drinking.

???? Terms:
* $220 per week
* 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks’ notice required.
