Looking for someone to rent a nice room with own bathroom in a great location which is available now.

No minimum or maximum stay term. Location is in Milldale, Silverdale, Auckland.
Rent is $265 per week, which includes power, water and internet.

The house is modern, clean and warm. We are easy going and friendly. There is a nearby bus stop only 2 minutes walk from the house and it is a very nice and safe area to live in. You will get your own bathroom to use. There is also shops nearby and plenty of working opportunities within the general area. We have helped other Japanese students and people on working visa to get everything sorted in New Zealand :) Situated nearby is also a nice beach (6 minutes drive).
