The apartment is a 2-bed, 2-bath, fully furnished with all appliances and a bed included.

There is currently one person sharing the living room, but he’ll be moving out between December and January, and there will be no more living room share after that.

You will have your own bathroom after living share person moves out.

The room is bigger than other places.
We provide the Cooking ingredients, kitchen wares, such as pots knives, plates etc everything.

Available from November 18th of december

current flat mates : all Koreans working professionally. They are all don't stay in home usually, busy for work.

We can rearrange the room for the single person.

Rent:

$170 per week (for two people sharing the room, all bills included — power, water, gas, internet) --->>discount(for 1month 150$)

$280 per week (for one person, all bills included — negotiable!)
--->>discount(for 1month 220$)

short term december : $200 per week(all bills included — power, water, gas, internet)



there is :
1-week bond (will be paid back when you move out)
2-weeks notice period
