If you’ve just moved to or are visiting Auckland or are looking for somewhere to stay, then this is the perfect place for you!

There is a furnished bedroom available for rent.

Rent: $220/week per room
Bond: 3 weeks

Flatmates:
There’s currently two housemates.

Location :
• Minutes to the bus stop
• easy access to Newmarket and the CBD
